Jimmy's! By far one of the gems of the south suburbs of Chicago, there is no cover, and dances in the semi-private area are $20.00 per song. The ladies, bouncers and servers are friendly and the whole atmosphere is decidedly "non-corporate" - quite a different feel from Club O and the Skybox - it is sort of a homey place. A good place to relax and take in the eye candy; The clientele and ladies are a racially mixed group - a sort of United Nations of people enjoying themselves.
My cost of $130.00 covered six private dances, a glass of 7up ($3 plus $1 tip), and some tuck a buck action near the stage. I usually go during the day; the place is incredibly clean and well-kept inside and out (though I have never visited the bathrooms). Jimmy's is adequately ventilated, the A/C feels good on a summer day. The approx. 6x20 stage has two poles, a counter for your drinks, and is well-lit.
The private area is about 25x25 with two mirrored walls (the other sides of the square are just rails - you can see the rest of the club from the private area) and a number of single conference-style chairs with no armrests. The DJ plays full songs and the girls typically pick the music for their turns on stage. Typically, each girl is on stage for two songs; the first with a top/bottom, the second topless. The songs are varied as are the girls. You will hear anything from R&B, hip-hop, rock, etc. The sound system is great and the volume is not too loud. You can carry on a conversation without much difficulty.
I don't have much to say about the drinks, except that a full bar is available. I am a non-drinker and only occasion these establishments for the ladies. The servers are nice and never hassled me about buying drinks (I always bought one as soon as I came in, though I am not aware of a certain drink minimum; my stays usually last between 60-90 minutes).
Finally, the ladies! They are incredible to behold. Jimmy's retains such a variety of gorgeous women that it would be difficult for a customer to fail to find a lady who appeals to him in both beauty and personality (though I have never met Nadia, mentioned by a previous reviewer). As stated by a previous reviewer, the dances are no touch for the guys, but rest-assured that the ladies know what they're doing!
Persoally my tastes run towards the ebony end of the color palette - I am always on the lookout for and always try to support the sistahs! The most incredible dancer in the house is Ebony, with a beautiful, firm body, legs that go on forever, and a great attitude to boot. She works days (starting at approx. noon) and usually takes off on Thursdays as of this writing.
Other random thoughts: parking is adequate and well-lit, there's two greasy spoons (one on the south side of the street and right next door (east) to Jimmy's, and the other directly across the street on the north side, which I believe is 24hrs). There is also a KFC and in fact a variety of fast food joints on Lincoln Highway. Jimmy's bills itself as a restaurant, though I have never ordered any food and thusly could not comment.
One last thing: Jimmy's is an ideal venue for a bachelor's party. There is a great Italian restaurant called Carlo Lorenzetti's not too far west of Jimmy's (at 560 W.). A perfect party that doesn't involve a lot of driving would be dinner at Carlo's and the rest of the night spent at Jimmy's. Per the previous reviewer Jimmy's just started a website this year (thanks for the tip); check out http://www.jimmysonline.com.
A last note on the directions: the locals know this, but folks unfamiliar with the area should know that at times Lincoln Highway is variously known by these names: 211th Street (west of Chicago Heights), Lincoln Highway, US Rt 30, and West 14th Street (within Chicago Heights). There are exits for Lincoln Highway on both I-57 (take the eastbound exit) and on Illinois 394 (the other major artery, though it is not an Interstate; take the westbound exit). Whew! I'm done! Hope this helps!
