| I went to the new Starship in Gwinnett to purchase some DVD's. They had a $29.99 Bargin Bin of 4 pack DVD's. I pick up one pack and the vids look good from the cover but there is a duplicate in the pack. I tell the salesperson and with attitude he tells me "Oh Well", We can't repackage the 4 pack because that's how the wherehouse sent it to us. Bad excuse bad customer service. Well it gets worse, I purchase a different 4 pack. The video production company is Nymph. Steer clear of this label!!! The salesperson tells me that if there is any problem with the DVD pack it is on me period! I ask why the warning? he say's he just has to let me know. Sure enough I get home and pop in the DVD's. On every DVD is adverstised Black on Black XXX, I being a Black male prefer Black on Black so cool. What do I get? NOT ONE PERSON ON THE DVD CASE IS IN THE VIDEO, IT IS BLACK WOMEN WHITE MEN, WHITE MEN WHITE WOMEN, AND PHOTO SHOOTS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE SEX!!! I went to my favorite spot on the web "FivestarDVD" and low and behold the have a major disclaimer that the Production company is a rip off. Starship sold me bad goods and they knew it. Don't Con your customers!!! I won't be back!!! | ||
