| Shopped at Castle megastore in Silverdale , wash. Sunday 12/15/02. Picked up stocking stuffers for xmas. Got home that evening and set bag of goodies aside until tuesday 12/17 to wrap them up. Looked at sales slip and found I'd been charged for 2 items not recieved (or wanted), called store manager at 1:05 p.m. who basically told me I was outta luck and offered no assistance. I suggested he check his stock and till for balances and keep an eye on employee who rang it up. Told him I'd tell everyone I knew about this and he said "Do what you have to Do" I'm out over $40.00! Never shop there! | ||
